Items containing living things will be shipped on Mondays to provide the quickest transit time. Aquarium Shrimp will only be shipped within Canada.

If any livestock or plant arrives DOA please contact us immediately so that we may remedy the situation as quick as possible, whether that be replacement shrimp or a refund. We will try to work with you to better your experience.

Plants may suffer from melt during transit and when planting in a new tank. Please allow time for the plants to regrow before throwing them out. As long as there is a healthy rhizome or stem, most plants will recover from even the most severe melts.
